Bulbo Chubb is one example of these "Mercenary Cooks", travelling chefs who are renowned for their skill, ingenuity and resourcefulness - it takes alot of knowhow to create even a half-edible meal from naught but crusty vegetables, rancid horse meat and old bootleather. Halflings are known for their love of good food, and an aptitude for cooking in all of it's forms is prevalent in all of the members of this race. Famous throughout the mercenary warbands, Bulbo is in high demand for his services, his "Nag's Head Gumbo" having an almost reverent reputation amongst those who have had the luck to sample it.."
